VFD Group Supports Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS)

VFD Group, a Financial Services focused proprietary investment company that creates value by leveraging the potentials in the informal sector of the financial services industry, recently donated office equipment to the Passport Control Office, Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) in Ikoyi, Lagos.

VFD Group is the holding company for companies in key sectors of the economy that include Everdon Bureau de Change, VFD Microfinance Bank, Anchoria Asset Management amongst others.

Presenting the items, the Group Vice Chairman, Mr. Niyi Adenubi, commended the Immigration Service’s protocol system and efficiency under R. Segun Adegoke, the Deputy Comptroller of Immigration. ‘We acknowledge and appreciate the services of immigration officers; their contribution to nation building cannot be over-emphasized.’ He reaffirmed the company’s support for the National Immigration Services in its mission to strengthen the security and prosperity of Nigeria through effective and efficient border security and migration management.

Also in attendance at the presentation of the items were the company’s Head of Human Resources, Monica Benson-Onaji, Head of Administration, Rahman Olalekan and the Branding and Communications Manager, Osisiye Tafa.
